Hi, I’m Sally — a senior product designer with 9+ years of experience across web and mobile platforms, with the past 4+ years focused on banking, wealth management, and fintech. I led end-to-end UX delivery for UOB Private Banking, taking Fund Transfer journeys from discovery through to production. Prior to that, I contributed to trading, KYC, AI-driven advisory, and payment product initiatives for clients including HSBC and Boost, partnering closely with engineering and business stakeholders to shape new concepts. Earlier in my career I designed across insurance, consumer tech, and retail, and I bring that same research-driven, empathetic approach — paired with a strong instinct for creative problem-solving — to any domain.
